WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

• Order processing time：

    As soon as your order is placed we do everything possible to have your order processed, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. If your item is in stock, it can be shipped out within 4 days, otherwise it may take up to 7 days.

• Shipping Methods & Transit Times：

    Our shipping method is standard shipping, and it usually takes about 10 days to arrive at your destination.

• Delivery Time:

    Generally, it takes 15-20 days for the item to be delivered to you. However, during peak times (new releases and holidays) you will need to allow a couple more days for processing.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

    If you would like to know how much your order will cost to ship, simply add the items to your cart. And you will view whether your order can be free shipping.
    Our shipping policy is:

• The order is less than $15 after you use the discount code, the shipping fee is $4.99;
• The order is $15-$29 after you use the discount code, the shipping fee is $3.99;
• The order exceeds $29 after you use the discount code, the free shipping will be provided worldwide.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

• Yes. We are currently shipping to virtually any address in the world, except for remote areas or islands for example Reunion, French Polynesia, French Guiana. 
• If you are interested in placing an order and we do not currently ship to your country, please contact our customer service team.

CANCEL THE ORDER

• If you want to cancel the order, please email us ASAP before shipment via inloveartstamp@outlook.com and name the email "Cancel Order". After the review is passed, we will refund the total amount without reason.
• Unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled after shipment. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Applicable:

• As long as the item is not artificially damaged and within 7 days after delivery, we will process your return for no reason. The shipping cost of return is borne by you.
• Packaging or product damage can be returned and a full refund due to transportation reasons.
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. And we need a video to confirm this and keep it as a proof.

Out Of Applicable:

• If you have received the items for more than 15 days, unfortunately we cannot process the return or exchanges for you.
• Sale items cannot be returned.

• Please contact us via inloveartstamp@outlook.com, let us know your order number and the reason for the refund.
• After we confirm and accept your application for returning or replacing, we will send you the return address.
• Sending the product back, and please email us the tracking number.
• The refund will be completed within 48 hours after we receive your return product.
• We cannot refund if it occurs one of the following two situations:
  ① Send products to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).
  ② Choose the return method for cash on delivery.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• If you return for exchange, we will ship the item you want after receiving your returned product. The exchange time may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over $75, you’d better choosing a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not refund you if we can not receive your returned item.
