Shipping Policy

At Inlovearts, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed.

 1. Shipping fee

  • The order paid amount is less than $29, the shipping fee is $5.99;
  • The order paid amount exceeds $29, the free shipping will be provided.(Some remote areas, such as Hawaii and Alaska, need to pay an additional $15 for shipping. Ohio can get free shipping over $69 because it's shipped by Fedex)

 2. Health Safety Payment Confirmation

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
  • Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

 3. Order Processing

  • It normally takes 1-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
  • Due to some products out of stock or other reasons, orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • For out-of-stock products, we will send out as soon as possible after replenishment. It usually take 3-15 days to replenish the stock.
  • We will send email to you once the item is out of stock, You can choose to wait for a second package, exchange it, or partially refund for out-of-stock items.

 4. Delivery

  • Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check order status.
  • Please note that you must register an account before you place an order, so that you can view your order information in your account. If you only subscribe but do not register an account, You will not be able to view the status of your historical orders in your new account.
  • Shipment takes approximately 7 to 25 business days to reach destination countries.Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • Also note that sometimes it takes the shipping company some time to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, you will also be notified by e-mail.

 5. Shipping Delay or Loss

  • Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
  • Usually it takes about 30-60 days to some remote countries, We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy.
  • Due to the possibility of package loss in international logistics, if you do not receive the package within a predetermined time, we will resend or refund you.
  • Please submit a ticket within 2 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 48hrs.Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.

 6. Customs Tax or Duty
