DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We are currently shipping to virtually any address in the world, except for remote areas or islands for example Reunion, French Polynesia, French Guiana.

CANCEL THE ORDER
If you want to cancel the order, please email us ASAP before shipment firstname.lastname@example.org and name the email "Cancel Order". After the review is passed, we will refund the total amount without reason.
Unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled after shipment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As long as the item is not artificially damaged and within 7 days after delivery, we will process your return for no reason. The shipping cost of return is borne by you.
Packaging or product damage can be returned and a full refund due to transportation reasons.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. And we need a video to confirm this and keep it as a proof.
Out Of Applicable:
If you have received the items for more than 15 days, unfortunately we cannot process the return or exchanges for you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES METHOD

After we confirm and accept your application for returning or replacing, we will send you the return address.
